Richard H. Garvin, with RJ’s Auction Service, is
engaged in the business of auctions and personal property appraisals on a
full-time basis. Auctioneer’s fields of expertise are residential contents
including antiques, coins and currency, residential real estate, and vehicles.
Auctioneer also has extensive knowledge of business and inventory
liquidation. RJ’s Auction Service is a twenty-year-old business that conducts
more than forty auctions annually. RJ’s Auction Service is a full service
auction firm which can handle the following: (1) all services that may be needed
including appraisal of personal property for estate functions (Kansas and
Federal tax liabilities, equitable distribution, or market value), (2)
appraising business assets and inventories, (3) selling personal property or
business assets and inventories, and (4) selling real estate using either the
auction method or the conventional method of marketing.

collectible publications. In January
of 2013, Richard was elected President of the Kansas Auctioneers Association (KAA).
